"I chock on excessive saliva, my tongue gets a numb ridge on it from touching the appliance and my teeth hurt in the morning if I leave it in all night. Most of the time during the night I take it out and find it on my nightstand but do no remember removing it when I wake up in the morning. I will unfortunately have to return it. "

"Too bulky to be comfortable for a smaller mouth."

"The first night I laid in bed thinking, my CPAP isn't this uncomfortable. This is going to take some time to get used to!
After reading a magazine for about 5 minutes I had forgotten I even had it in my mouth.
I DIDN'T CAUSE ME TO WAKE EVEN ONCE.
The next morning, my wife said I had better sleep with SnoreX than I did with my CPAP.

"The device is too big. Cannot tell that in advertising. Not comfortable. Will not refer people to it. "

"I found the various information sources (online video and pamphlet enclosed with product) contradictory and therefore confusing. The main "caution" seemed to be "do not adjust before fitting to mouth". I find the appliance too large to fit comfortably in my mouth (too wide and thick) probably because of the built in adjustability "feature". I am going to request a refund because I can see no way of using it over long period of time. I will lose about $34.00 for shipping etc. plus Canadian sales tax and FedEx handling charges totalling $25.00 for a grand total of almost $60.00. NOT GOOD! I have used other much less expensive "heat fitted" devices that are more comfortable and do appear to help relieve my sleep apnea problem. A redesign of SnoreRx would seem in order to make it more compact. I do not have a smaller than average mouth or unusually misaligned teeth so don't see how others can find the appliance comfortable enough to tolerate for more than an hour or so. A reduction in the amount of upper and lower "formable plastic" would seem in order...but the width would still be problematic."

"I was pleased with the way the mouthpiece fit my teeth after it was formed. However, it is so very hard to move the upper or lower trays. I do not have the strength to push the lower tray in as described, regardless of how hard I press my thumb and forefinger on that lower tray. My husband says my snoring has lessened, I do feel like I get a better night's sleep, but wish it were not so difficult to adjust the trays."
