"After reading other reviews I had high hopes for this mouthpiece, however it didn't make that much of a difference the the snoring. It quieted the snoring maybe by 10-15%, but the snoring is still loud enough that it wakes me every night and I cannot sleep thru my husbands snoring. We are still sleeping in seperate rooms :("

"The mouthpiece is way too big for comfort. Don't know how anyone can sleep with this. Also, the adjustments were hard to make. You need a good amount of finger strength to squeeze the device in order to "slide" the lower level. Just when you think you have one side done, the other has slipped out of place. I definitely will be looking for a much smaller, simpler device with less "adjustments" to make."

"It's pretty amazing, but these things actually work. Not only do I not snore, but I have more energy at work and just in general (and working at a desk being tired is the absolute worst) I'm not really a coffee drinker but I was starting to have it every morning just to not pass out at my desk.
