"Shipping took forever. FedEx is very slow on standard shipping. The molding of the snoreguard does not go exactly as the instructions state. The mouthpiece does retain heat even when following the instructions step by step. My husband really complained about the heat.
The snorerx does work. My husband has had his sleeping tested in a clinic. His snoring was rated as people needing ear protection to be around. I had reached my breaking point of listening to him all night. Snorerx has stopped it. On a night of extreme me tiredness, I did hear some air whistling through as he was trying to snore really, really bad. Most nights, you don't hear that.
My husband does think the mouthpiece is kind go bulky and his jaw does get sore some. He's been using it for 2 weeks now and it does take some adjusting too. He does feel better rested by not snoring all night. I know I'm feeling better rested not listening to him."

"Tried for five nights in a row, gradually working up to a full night wearing the device. It stopped 80% of my snoring, according to my wife. I know you wrote ALL OVER THE BOX to heat and mold it first before trying to adjust it and that's what I was planning to do, however your big pictures and instructions in the lid of the box says to .... whatever it says to do. I didn't know that was ADJUSTING THE FIT instructions, I thought that was how to get the thing out of the huge case in order to heat and mold it. Why don't you put a header or big headline over that instruction that "THIS IS HOW TO ADJUST IT" then I would have ignored those instructions until later. Those instructions are the first thing to face you when you open the box.

"Snorex delivered reasonably quickly, but the device has not lived up to its hype. Not only is it very difficult to adjust, but it is heavy, bulky, and even after careful fitting does not stay in place overnight. After using it for two weeks, I gave up Snorex and went back to my very simple plastic mouthpiece that actually keeps me from snoring."

"Snorerx works but I had to drill open the breathing holes to almost double their size so I could breath comfortably. The unit is large so it's not as comfortable as a smaller custom unit. The large size makes it difficult to swallow and wet the inside of the mouth so a dry throat results and is uncomfortable. This may just take some time to acclimate to using the unit. The adjustment does not work well but does not seem to affect using the unit. I wish they would have told me if I can trim off some of the excess plastic to make the unit smaller."
