"I have been using a device made by my orthodontist but his adjustments only make the device smaller and bring my teeth closer together closing off my airway. The SnoreRx brings my jaw forward which is more comfortable for the jaw joints and opens the airway and walla! no more snoring. The only criticism I would have is I can't keep my lips together when sleeping so wake up with dry mouth.
