"The snorers was for my friend. he had difficulty adjusting it. I think he broke it I am not sure, so we didn't get to use it. The top piece became separated from bottom. He expressed he does not feel comfortable with it in his mouth. I don't know what to do. Sorry..."

"While I am thrilled that this product reduced my snoring to almost nothing, I have daily jaw pain from it's use. In addition, I've noticed my bite is much different than it was before and my back teeth no longer come together at all. After living through 2 rounds of braces to correct dental issues, I am not willing to use a product that may help in the short term, but have long term negative effects.
I have an appointment with my orthodontist next week to get a status check. Hopefully it will go well and I'll be able to continue using Snorerx. I would hate to give up a product that so effectively works on my snoring!"

"It stopped my snoring! It took me about 2 weeks to land on the best setting and get used to it. I did drool a lot the first several days and had some mild soreness in the lower jaw, but all that subsided after the first week or so. I find SnoreRx extremely well made and marked well for use and the adjustment feature is awesome. Found it very easy making impression by following the instructions and video which was very helpful. The wife couldn't be happier to able to sleep together again after several years. I was very skeptical, especially after reading some of the reviews saying it was too big and hard to adjust but for me it works awesome and I feel I could not live without it now. SnoreRx gets very high marks for me. I highly recommend. "

"When I opened the box, it had diagrams on the box itself to instruct how to unlock and change the length of advancement of the lower part of the device which I proceeded to do.

However, when I opened the enclosed instructions inside the box, it instructs to first do the boiling, setting, et. cetera. As a result the final fitting to my mouth is not totally satisfactory. The lower fitting is distorted because it fell out of the device while I was adjusting the length of the lower part of the device, and it did not form fit very well. I also have to place it back in the fixture before I insert it in my mouth. Despite the discomfort and inconvenience, it works reasonably well to keep my air passage open while I am asleep. I have mild sleep apnea, and this is vital.

My advice is to have all of the instructions on the instruction sheet inside the box and to label them step 1, step 2, et. cetera.
