"I could not even hold it in my mouth because it gagged me. I tried multiple times but it is just too large and opens my mouth too wide. Can I get a refund? I'm a physician and I doo a lot of sleep medicine and I was hoping it could work for some of my patients.

"The device is too large to insert into my mouth without stretching my mouth uncomfortably wide to the point that it feels like my lips will tear. Once inserted, it is so bulky that I cannot close my lips.
