BEWARE OF SNOWINN

"This company is absolutely horrible! I placed an order on November 28th, 2019 and cancelled that item the same day after reading a lot of negative reviews. Shortly after cancelling the order I got a confirmation email that my order had been successfully cancelled. To my surprise my credit card was charged 3 days later and it has since posted to my account. I have emailed, sent messages through Facebook and filed a claim through their online refunds and return option. No one responds. I now have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Total pain in the you know what!!!!!!"

SnowInn Salomon Ski Boots

"I order boots from SnowInn and these were not delivered to the correct address, even though I have confirmed that the correct address was provided. Instead of reaching out to me about the incorrect shipping location, they had them sent back to their warehouse overseas. I clearly communicated that I do not want these boots returned, but instead, have the address corrected and sent over. They have not been able to accommodate this request. The shipping company is a third party and cannot be contacted through a US location, plus SnowInn is not allowing the return to go through until the return shipment is made."

Untrustworthy and Disingenuous

"Untrustworthy and Disingenuous

Snowinn refuses to take responsibility for the confusing and misleading labeling of it's helmet sizing. To make a long story short, despite long explanatory emails (with many supporting docs), Tradeinn still is sticking me with $78 in shipping fees. I bought an adult helmet (58cm), and was sent one (53cm) that wouldn't fit my 11yo son (35kg).

Suffice it to say, with so many other reputable shopping sites, I will not be buying from them again. And I urge others to protect themselves as well. Please, I almost never leave negatives reviews -- but they have left me no alternative. Do NOT believe their schtick about "free returns" and caring about customer service.

Fakes and frauds

"Well my shoes came from China tried to return my ugly shoes that did not look like the picture snow-in showed. I sent it to the address that they sent it to me from and just got it back today return to sender insufficient address..I’m stuck with the ugliest 2 pairs of shoes I have ever seen!! Do not buy from them!!!"

TradeInn / Snowinn - Unprofessional and Hopeless

"I am at a loss with a Spanish Company selling their items via their website which I felt being cheated.

This Company is known as TradeInn Retail Sales SL with business address at C/Pirineus, 9, 17460 Celra (Girona), Spain. Tel : +34972755062

I have purchased a winter jacket for a price of UDS 195.14 on 16 May 2019 and received the parcel on 02 June 2019. However, the jacket was not suitable and therefore, I have returned to them for a refund as per their website instruction and couriered the item using UPS courier company. A return label is stick on the parcel. My Item Reference number is 13640564

When the item reached Spain, I was told that there was a duty to be paid of Euro 87.89. There should not be any tax to pay since this item is returned to the seller and I was caught in between. The UPS Company has tried to contact the TradeInn Representative but they just refused to acknowledge and to accept the parcel. And all my emails were not replied. I felt being cheated by TradeInn, such a reputable Company in Spain. The item is now being abandon and I have suffered loss because of the irresponsible action by TradeInn.

I have lodged complaint to the Spanish Embassy in Malaysia and also to E-Justice Trade Authorities of Spain, both by email and I hope the Spanish Authorities can investigate on this Company as I found that there are many hundred cases like me being reported in the website and no action is taken.

Please do not buy from them unless you are willing to forgo your item if unsuitable. You will lose everything (money, time and parcel) if you returned to them.

Useless service ..

"Cancelled an order before it was shipped. They still sent it so I paid for postage to return it. I have been trying to get a refund of the postage. The chat line is useless and may well actually be robots as they can't comprehend a question. I want my postage back!"

Beyond Terrible!

"I bought from SnowInn.ch because their prices were very good and they appeared to be in Switzerland. I should have known it was too good to be true. They are located in Spain and ship from there so you will have to pay import duties -- now those prices don't look so great, especially with what followed. I tried to return a pair of ski boots, but they didn't accept the package so it came back to me and I had to pay import duties not once but twice!! I asked them to refund me this money as they are legally obligated to do under EU distance selling regulations and no reply. This farce also meant that although I originally sent the boots to them February 12th, I didn't get my partial refund until May 14th! More than 3 whole f'ing months to get only a partial refund of what I am legally due. Never again!!! Bunch of thieves!"

Blatant and misleading crooks

"Let me first say that if you are considering buying from this mob, please dont... I was a sceptical thinking I would be different, but no. Everything people say about how bad these guys are is TRUE.

They simply lie to you, all the way... every step and every minute. None of the products they show as in stock are there.

They should be in jail and in any other country they would be sued and closed shop.

I.ll spare you the detail, but please do yourself and favour and buy from somewhat reputable shop and not this bunch of criminals.

Waste of time and $

"If you are in the US, do yourself a favor and just order from a company inside the US. I tried to save a few dollars and ordered from SnowInn. Well, that was three months ago and still nothing. So now I’ll have twice the money in the item after just buying it locally, which is what I should have done in the first place. snowInn still sends me emails asking me to review the product. Are you f&@king kidding me?

This company responded to my email acting like they were going to get to the bottom of this but did nothing after I provided the info they requested. TWICE!

Waste of time and money!

Unreliable and not proactive

"Terrible experience, once they declined my card after 5 days I submit my order and it was charged because their system (not visa) detected fraud. I am all for security and it’s great they proactively did this but I would expect that they would reach out to me to let me know so we could try again the transaction, change card, etc.

Instead I needed to realize this by myself when I checked the whereabouts of my shipment. At that point the goods I wanted were not available anymore.

During the second order they didn’t have one of the items available as promised. Also here, no communication of sorts and still waiting for the goods to come. Instead of doing what best in class companies do: split the shipment in two at their own cost, they told me to let it go of the item I wanted.

Unacceptable.

part of the order only arrived 2 weeks than communicated, key nuts and bolts were missing, so the product is unusable..

customer service would lie, ignore questions and then they kept changing the process when i started talking about a return. they refused to send the missing parts.. still waiting on compensation

its not worth risking your money with thsi retailer.

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!

"I placed 180 EUR order #12767871 on the 08.01.2019. Promised delivery was 21.01.2019-28.01.2019. Order was never shipped. Problems with the delay were never communicated. In the morning on 31.01.2019 I was given 100% guarantee that since I deleted from my order missing on the stock item my order will be shipped within 24 hours and refund of remaining money will be initiated right after. Later I was told that anyway for some "magical" reason shipment is not possible. Order is not shipped, I did not receive any tracking for the parcel, refund has not been initiated.
I ordered ski equipment for my vacation next week.
Snowinn took my money and never delivered.

Never do business with this company

"Their customer service is nonexistant. Item showed as in stock when i ordered but was pending for a week before it was processed. Was supposed to be delivered between 1/9 - 1/15. Its 1/16 and shipping hasnt been updated since 1/11."
