"Always a good company to work with. They deliver the product on time. I had to contact their customer service folks due to a mistake I made on my order. The lady that helped me was great. She easily corrected my error. The pillows are very comfortable. This is the second set I ordered.

I must say I was surprised when my 4 pillows arrived. They were in a cardboard box with no plastic protection on them. I expected they would have been covered in plastic to protect them from any dust caused by the box. "

"Pretty good. Only one hitch: I ordered the Sobella 100% cotton bed linens and asked the customer service rep if they would wrinkle easily. He said no, just to wash and dry them before using them the first time to get the packaging seams out. Well, they wrinkle so much I have to iron the pillow cases. When I called back about it another rep suggested using fabric softener and that helps some, but I still have to iron them. It would have been nice for the first rep to steer me toward another product that wouldn't wrinkle after I expressed my concern."

"Too slow on shipping / processing order compared to Amazon, they also mention a "possible" 20% restocking charge if you return an item, but don't explain based on what!

7/16/12: Update - The customer service is FIRST RATE! 1st, they refunded the UPS shipping....UPS was the problem, too slow from Las Vegas to East Coast, NOT Sobelwestex, but they refunded it anyway & then I decided to return the pillow as it was too soft & I was told I could keep it & they would refund me for the whole order.... now that is customer service with an A+.....Thank You Sobelwestex "
