"I purchased an old software program from 2016 in order to try to get a cheap version of Word. When I received it I had trouble initiating it because Microsoft said all the 5 installations had been used. Also, I found that the software is so old that Microsoft no longer supports it.

The company said they were aware of some installations problems and offered to help by providing another installation code and suggested I try doing it it on the phone. I am technically challenged and am old so I asked for my money back. There was never a question. I got a refund with no questions asked.
