"I ordered Sony Sound Forge 11 and downloaded but when I was sent a license key, it was for a completely different software program. So I made a call immediately to explain my situation and I was told they would look in to it and get back to me. It took a couple days, but evidently the problem resided with Sony issuing the wrong key to Softkeyworld to provide to me. Since they were waiting to resolve the claim with Sony, they offered me my money back for the sale. I decided to accept that credit and it was credited back in to my account quickly. I feel their customer service was exceptional and will definitely order from them in the future."
