"Good prices, but not good on response to orders. I wish I`d check for reviews prior to choosing softwarejones.com, as it seems they have a history of being slow on delivery of purchased products. I ordered MIcrosoft licenses on May 15 - should have been a return email from Microsoft with download info within 2-3 days, but I heard nothing for 2 full weeks. I called the seller and got voice mail at business day 7 and left a message, not returned. Emailed ****@**** on the 10th business day post-order and did get a reply, suggesting I look in my spam folder, which of course had nothing from Microsoft. Finally received email from Microsoft on 5/31/2015, 2 weeks and 2 days after placing the order with SoftwareJones.com (2 days after my urgent follow-up email). I strongly suspect they didn`t place the order with Microsoft until after my email inquiry after 10 business days of placing the order with them. Use softwarejones.com only if you have plenty of time to wait and don`t mind checking back to be sure your order is handled."

"I received prompt and friendly replies with results. The service felt very personal for an online purchase. I ordered 5 CALs for Terminal Services 2003. I received the confirmation and link to download the license within a day. However, they sent me the license for 2008 which is backwards compatible with 2003! So not only was I able to use the CALs for my 2003 server, I am also able to transfer the CALs when I upgrade to 2008 in the near future.

Also, I was billed for shipping even though it was a download. The charges were refunded immediately.
