"I purchased foot pegs for my 2010 Ducati Streetfighter through solomotoparts online. It was too easy; picked a part, paid and it arrived, all separately. First point of contention, save on shipping, pack it together. I purchased four items, got four packages. Second, if there’s a piece, such as an adapter for a bike you know I’ll need, let me know, AND, stock it. So, the pegs didn’t attach to stock adapter, they don’t have an aftermarket adapter and haven’t returned my calls or emails regarding a return and full credit. Won’t be doing this dance again solomoto. "

I bought some bar ends from them. Got a tracking number shortly after saying the item was shipped. On 9/3/2020 the tracking number said the item was delivered but I got nothing in the mail. I emailed the customer support letting them know I didn't anything and they told me sometimes the post office mistakenly marks it as delivered when it actually has not been delivered or I check with my neighbors or call the Post Office. I gave it a few extra days and did what they said to check with my neighbors , still nothing. Post office also said the item is out of their hands and was delivered (which it wasn't!). So I called the company if they could send me another set of bar end mirrors or refund me for the item I never got. They basically told me the same thing in the email and that i was screwed (although they said it in a nice way).
Their customer support is crap. They weren't willing to do anything from me at all. So now I am out $70 and nothing to show for it. He insisted that I fight the post office since it was their fault but I told him shouldn't they take it up with the post office. I just want my items that I paid for.
I asked the rep if there was anything he can do to help me out. Nothing. "
"Ordered Tank Bag with Tank ring. Only received Tank Bag. Customer service is none existent, they don't care about their customers. No one is answering the phones, I called 3 times. At same time I started sending emails (3), every time I got an answer with we are escalating this, after a week, no response. "Ordered a Panniers Rack for a BMW G650GS (Last One). Received an empty cardboard envelope. I tried resolving the issue through their customer service email, and they were unable to help me. I opened a claim with PayPal, and left it open for almost a month trying to give the benefit of the doubt that there was a mix up. After several times checking back with them once a week and being promised an update each time and never getting anywhere I was forced to escalate to PayPal resolution center. I am currently waiting on PayPal to review the case and maybe I will get a refund.
I notice that a month later the solomotoparts website still lists the panniers rack as last one available, I wonder why. Hey guys I don't really want a refund, I'd rather the parts I ordered, why not box that up and send it along?"
