"I have a mixed review. The order tracking thru their website is really nice and very complete, they do get back to with any questions very quickly. So if you have a standard transaction, they are great to work with. I bought a product to retrofit my sons older car with an MP3 type adapter for Christmas, at the end of November. We tried to install it just after Christmas, and after several hours, determined that the cable harness had a bad connection. Every time the cable was moved, the radio would loose power. They were very helpful with an RMA, although I did have to pay the freight back, and they sent me a replacement product. The replacement came in a reasonable time, and we spent several weeks trying to get the device to work. After much online research and consultation with the device manufacturer, it was determined that it would not work with our car. It was known that the device does not work with 2004 models, but apparently it also does not work with early 2005, and that it what we have. I requested another RMA to return for credit. I returned the product again, and after several weeks contacted them to find out where my refund was. They replied (very quickly), that I had exceeded their 60 day return policy, so I was only given store credit. I understand why they had the 60 limit, but it is an inconvience for me as now I need to find something else I need in order to use up the credit. Their customer service was very nice and very prompt in their interactions. "

"I was happy with the selection and speed of delivery, however, I ordered 6x9 speakers for my 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 and they did not fit properly. Sonic Electronix's site said it would fit my truck, and other websites also said it would fit. When I received the speakers I ordered (Kicker CS693), I tried installing them, and the screw holes did not line up on the door screw holes. I had to make it work by only using two of the screw holes diagonal from each other, and slightly tilting the speaker, just so it would fit screws in 2 of the 4 holes. Not very happy that not only did other 3rd party websites say this speaker would fit, but Sonic Electronix's own website told me it would fit, and it didn't. Not very happy with the end result, as I had to make it work myself, but the speakers work and the sound is good. I just really wish they would make sure the website feature that tells you if the speaker fits in your respective car worked. The product is good quality, but make sure you really know what you are getting. Don't trust their website's info 100%."
