"Before i get started what i bought was the MTX Terminator amp and 2 12" sub package. The amp that came with the bundle i ordered was the TN250/1. The bundle they sent still had the 2 12" terminator subs and the amp that came with it was the TNA251. Well to begin, i ordered a bundle package from this company. It didn't ship on time because of harsh weather which is fine. Once it did ship however i went to check the tracking number and i noticed that they had shipped the wrong bundle to me. I immediately called the company and i began to explain what had happened and the guy then proceeds to explain how i would have to pay for the shipping both there and back. I told the guy it was the company's mistake then he looked at my invoice and apologized and told me they should be able to swap the amp out for the correct one. I asked him what do I have to do exactly for the exchange and he told me to just refer to the email he would send me. Once my bundle did arrive i accidentally cut the product box and was unable to ship it back. So i put the amp back in a different box and sent it on its way. I then called the company to tell them about it and then i was told that i would have to send the whole set back for a REFUND. I told him i didnt want a refund and that i wanted a exchange for the amp that i had ordered. He then said i would of had to send the box back to get the product exchanged. Then after looking at my invoice he told me what happened was that i was automatically "upgraded" because they didn't carry the amp i ordered anymore. Then he proceeded to offer me $20 because I didn't know i was being automatically "upgraded". I was extremely disappointed because of the bad reviews of the amp they sent me. So afterwards i went to go check the price difference of the other bundle in case they needed to send me back more money and it was exactly $20 cheaper than the one i had ordered because it was on sale. Its safe to say i'm sure i didn't get that money back because I "didn't know". Its also safe to say that if i didnt call i wouldnt of gotten the price difference on the bundle back. Its also still funny that the bundle is still being listed as "in stock" on the website to this day. In the end because i was unable to ship the amp and subs back for a refund due to the box being cut, i was then forced to spend an additional $150 on a amp that would work well with my subs. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service of the store and i will try my hardest to avoid them in any audio purchases in the future and to also recommend that friends and family alike DO NOT buy from here."

"So I bought an amp from Sonic, probably my 20th purchase from them, but unlike my other purchases, I was extremely disappointed with it. I wrote a review on their website, so others would have an honest accounting of the amp's negative aspects. Sonic declined to publish it, and given the fact that it was written using formal English, without cursing of defamatory remarks about either Sonic or the manufacturer, I was confused. I waited at least two weeks before checking on the status of my review. I had always thought it was odd that there were nearly no one or two star reviews of any product, I now know that there are such reviews, and that Sonic declines to publish them, believing I suppose, erroneously, that those negative reviews would not only convince potential customers not to buy that product, but presumably, any product. I find that dishonesty to be dangerous to me, as it will almost certainly lead me to waste more money in the future. I have since sent an email to Sonic, requesting clarification on their decision, but I will admit, their dishonesty thus far does not lead me to hope."
