"I received the item I ordered in a very timely manner, however, I was very disappointed in that the size I received was not the size I thought I was ordering. I ordered a US woman's size 6 capris and got a size L, whatever that was. They didn't come close to fitting me. I was really disappointed, because even though the size was wrong, the item was of very nice quality and I really would have loved them to fit.
I do have to say that I did get an answer to my email regarding the problem, and once the problem was explained and proof was established on my part by sending a picture of the garment and the size it actually was, I was promptly issued a credit.
