"I order two packages of Bag Sealers on 05-24-12 and received them on 06-05-12 - not bad. However, there are no instructions and we cannot figure out how they are to be used. Everything on package is in a foreign language except the words Bag Sealer. I know it sounds stupid, but two 50+ year old people cannot determine how to open/use these things. There is also no return information or order number - I will list the only number I have from PayPal below. I am hopeful SourcingMap instructs me on how to open/close these things, how to return them, or how to get a refund before I file a dispute with PayPal. VERY disappointed with the item at this time. 06-11-12 Finally got issue resolved with instructions mailed to me. Usage was very simple once we knew how the sealers were to be placed. Customer service is great with this company. BEWARE - the sealers are not long enough to completely close a 10-11 ounce bag of potato chips."
