"I ordered two 50-degrees C bimetal cutout switches, the type that are ordinarily used in power tools, in order to build a replacement for an obsolete high-temp shutoff for an old swimming pool heater. The parts took over two weeks to arrive, as expected, but worked flawlessly (tested by heating water in a microwave, and inserted the parts connected to an ohmmeter. Both cut out in about 10 seconds). Best of all the price was so low, only 3 dollars and I have an extra spare in case I botch something with the first one. And that includes shipping! I don't know how they can ship "free" from China, but they offered it and I was glad to take them up on it."
