"I ordered a small air inlet silencer for an air compressor. Mine was broken, and they sell one at a descent price. When I received the package 5 weeks later, it had been crushed. It was shipped in a small plastic bag with nothing to protect it. This was a plastic part, that once opened, was in about 10 little peices and unrecognisable. I have not bothered contacting them to resend a new one as the product looked cheap to begin with and I don't want to have to wait for another one to come all the way from China to me. I just waisted $5 and 5 weeks of time."
