"I was very unhappy once I got there and saw the HUGE quantity of paperwork (the kind that an attorney needs to review prior to your signing it), the unexpected insurance charge of $8 per month (not mentioned). You hook and reel your customers in and then trick them into signing up for additional charges that are not mentioned beforehand. Very deceptive practices. I thought these practices were illegal. I will check with the district attorney's office to be sure.
I found a larger unit, paid alot less and did NOT have to purchase insurance. I had a ONE page form to fill out, they even gave me a lock so that I could unload and go get one. Not fancy, but excellent security, unit price and neighborhood feel to it. I would not recommend your units to anyone. You might as well be in the middle of NYC or Chicago with the stuffiness of your forms and location office.
