"After inspection of the work the Sparks Toyota service team did on my 4Runner, I found that the windshield washer fluid had not been topped off, the skid plate was not fully tightened down, and oil filter canister loosening torque was over 50 ft-lbf cold. Nice work.

Last piece was that since the service was done on a Friday, the wait time was over 2-1/2 hours indicating that not enough employees were scheduled to do the work load or there were some big jobs stuffed in there."
