"I bought a set of Tweels for our Toro Grandstand. Aimee with SpeedyTire reached out when she noticed a delay in the shipment. I informed her that we hadn't received the tires yet. She promptly notified their warehouse and had another shipment sent out. Zero stars for FedUp losing the first set, 5 stars for Aimee and ST for a quick recovery!
