"Although the quality of the wristbands was excellent and I received my order very quickly, when I placed my order, I specifically paid an additional $10 for US Customization of my product (a service offered via this company's online order form and process.) Upon receipt of my wristbands, the return address was from Republic of China, so they were obviously not customized in the US as I had requested/paid for.
I immediately contacted this company to request a refund of my $10 since I did not receive the US Customization. They refused to refund me anything, claiming it was "rush shipping through DHL" (this was their choice, not my request) and even tried to claim US Customization was not available.
After continuing to try to resolve this privately, it was only after filing a dispute with PayPal that I received my refund. Bottom line, quality and pricing are good - but doing business with them is not worth the hassle.

I have been contacted several times by this company in an attempt to get me to change my review - they have even offered me a $20 credit if I increase my rating from 2 stars. I am sorry, but I provided an honest review of my experience, and my opinion is not for sale."

"This has been the most unpleasant and unprofessional service I have ever received. People answering phones like to play games with voice changes and name changes to keep the customer from speaking to any kind of authority. After 1 hour of PERSISTENT phone calls I still only talked to one person who's name changed from Alex, to John, to Jacob after being put on hold to "get a manager" lets not forget the heavy accent that clearly indicates that I was speaking to a "John" I am contacting corporate right now. Maybe I can get somewhere with them. MARCH 21st 2013: contacted by zack. Told I will have a replacement order received by march 29th. I am excited for the new found faith in speedywristbands. I have recieved my order finally! Colors are close enough, individually wrapped. Order was replaced only after contact was made with Better Business Burrell. I have been called 9 times to remove this comment from website starting BEFORE I even recieved replacement order."

They initially messed up my order, but took the responsibility to address my concerns where we came to a reasonable resolution, which goes a long way for me.

"Since the package was sent express, they required a signature. They did call me the day of the delivery to explain that I could leave a note, but they didn't call until after I had left for work. Requiring a signature defeats the express delivery."
