"Upon arrival, the products looked and felt cheap (very different from how they were pictured). From the date of ordering took over 2 months for everything to arrive. They're not very tech-forward. Had to return the packing slip they sent to mark which items were being returned. Several items were refused for refund bc the fabric attracted every stray fiber in the house even though I only opened it to inspect what I bought. Customer service wasn't great. I'd look elsewhere if I had it to do over again. But I guess if you're just looking for something inexpensive to rip off you'd be okay"

"This is the WORST customer service! It literally took almost a month to ship from ordering. I had to order another costume from someone else to be sure I had a costume for Halloween because you couldn’t give me a definite ship date even after 2 e-mail attempts. Once I received the costume, I tried it on and it was way too small. They denied the return stating that it was “worn”. I did NOT wear the costume! They won’t even give me a store credit. This was over $100. To be honest, I won’t miss it, but it’s the principle of good business. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. "
