"On 7/30/2021 I ordered a pair of boots Torment-700 ankle boots $99.85 with promotional code (order number 1186693) after I received an email they were in stock, as the initially were not. I never received a tracking number and sent a message requesting this information. Instead, I received this message: "We do apologize regarding any confusion. As stated on our website, the item you have selected is a pre-order item. The estimated release date is listed on our website, and a link will be provided below. Once the item has been released you can expect your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirmation containing a tracking number as well."
Well, that was total crap. No where on the site did it specify any of that. I only ordered them because I got the email saying they were back in stock! Well, the payment came out, but I got the money back and assumed that was the end of it, thinking maybe it just wasn't available anymore. I never received a message as to why it was charged then refunded. However, over the weekend I got a charge from spicy lingerie for $99.85. I did NOT receive any notifications regarding this, so I didn't have the funds available, and I was charged several hundred dollars in return fees as I had paid several bills over the weekend and wasn't expecting this charge to randomly come through with out any indication! I want a refund because I didn't authorize this charge, and the website doesn't give you options to cancel. So much sketchiness it's unreal. I checked my spicylingerie account and my order says pending.. I don't even understand at all. I just want it canceled and refunded.
