I ordered 6 items in November. One item still has not shown up, another item had the wrong ITEM sent in it's place (even though it's right on the invoice) and yet another item had the wrong SIZE sent.
Their phone number is a recorded greeting that doesn't allow for incoming messages. Their email is just an auto-response with no follow-up.
I returned the incorrect item and the wrong-size item weeks ago and have heard nothing - nor have I seen a credit to my charge card.
This is easily the most horrible service I've ever received - online or otherwise. I'm going to be disputing the charges with my credit card company.
It's a Yahoo e-commerce merchant, but I can't find a place on Yahoo's site to complain about someone using their service. :("
"This on line retailer is the worst I have ever seen! They accepted my order, and even sent me an order confirmation. However, whenever I attempted to discover the status of my order, all I ever got was an automated response, thanking me for my message, and someone would get back to me with 72 hours. I finally got disgusted with them and cancelled my order on line to their customer service email address. I was rewarded by another automated response identical to the first three! They have a very good web site, and their prices are very competitive. However, they don't have any level of customer service! They of course did not honor my order cancellation. I received the Christmas presents I ordered just before New Years. They tout an open return policy, but exclude certain items that covers 60% of what they sell! In the order I received, they got the size wrong on one item. Their return policy explictly excludes the return. My email asking for assistance, has gone ignored. I will never order from them again.
