I WAS TOLD THAT BECAUSE OF BLACK FRIDAY AND CYBER MONDAY THEY RAN OUT OF STOCK. I ORDERED THIS ON THANKSGIVING AND IF THEY HAD NO STOCK BY THEN WHY WHERE THEY STILL ADVERTISING THE ITEMS ON CYBER MONDAY.
THIS IS JUST A CON TO GET PEOPLE TO BUY THINGS AND THEN YOU GET THIS TYPE OF SERVICE.

"Utterly horrible. Inexplicable cancels order without reason. This may be excusable in 1999 but it's 2014. Pricing errors and inventory mistakes are understandable but at least extend the courtesy of explaining why people will not get what they ordered.

"DO NOT BUY SALE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE ORDERED A BACKPACK ON SALE FROM THEM FOR EARLY BLACK FRIDAY ON NOV 25- AND THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER 5 DAYS LATER.

THIS IS A VERY COMMON ITEM. THERE IS NO SHORTAGE. IT WAS BAIT AND SWITCH ADVERTISING USED TO DRAW ME TO THEIR SITE. I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON NOV 30 AND THEY TOLD ME THE ITEM WAS IN THEIR SHIPPING DEPT AND WOULD SHIP THAT DAY. THE NEXT DAY IT IS CANCELLED WITH NO REASON GIVEN.

INSTEAD OF SENDING ME A NOTE OF APOLOGY WHEN THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER, I GOT A FORM LETTER WITH NO INFORMATION. IT WAS NOT UNTIL I CALLED THAT THEY EVEN BOTHERED TO TELL ME THE LIE ABOUT IT BEING OUT OF STOCK. I WENT TO THEIR SITE WITH THE LIAR REP ON THE PHONE AND GUESS WHAT!? ITS STILL IN STOCK- BUT NO LONGER ON SALE.

i TOLD THE REP ON THE PHONE THAT THE ITEM WAS STILL FOR SALE AND SHE SAID THAT THEY PROBABLY HAD SOME ON THE WAY. I SAID I WOULD WAIT AND SHE LAUGHED AT ME.

YOU GUYS GOT ME ONCE BUT NEVER AGAIN. I WILL MAKE IT MY PERSONAL MISSION TO INFORM OTHERS ABOUT THE BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD TACTICS USED ON ME.
