"I had a very positive experience in ordering from Sports Unlimited. I am very apprehensive about buying items "sight unseen" but because of the positive ratings from customers who had already purchased the same stadium seats, we decided to take a chance on these stadium seats. Also, the fact that the seats have a patent, influenced our decision to buy them. When ordering on the internet, I always lean heavily on the ratings from other customers. Our seats were delivered on time and that was pleasing to us! We will use these seats for the first time this Friday night. We are senior citizens so we were very interested in comfort and support of the back. These seats seem to have that and more! We look forward to purchasing from Sports Unlimited again in the future and we would not hesitate to recommend Sports Unlimited to others. "I ordered friday 15th and delivery was supposed to be on Monday 18th as I paid extra fee so that product was shipped asap.
When I called the customer service center on Sept 19 the agent informed me that the delivery was set for 26th september !!!!

I unfortunately had to cancel this order as I found Sports Unlimited does deceptive advertisement for customers really expecting their delivery arriving on time promised.
