Delaying my shipment. I objected and got a rude email response.
I paid extra for 3-5 day shipping but did not receive the stadium chairs until well after that.
I did not receive a refund of my shipping charges. As a lawyer
I believe that is called mail fraud and theft by deception. If I am not satisfied
Promptly I will consider legal action.

When my order arrived it was in a box with nothing but the chairs. No assembly instructions despite a non intuitive set of screws which you had to go back to the website to figure out what to do with them. Furthermore the chairs were covered in dirty plastic bags. And most horrific the chairs were obviously fire / smoke damaged. The smell is overpowering.

I expect some sort of reply and action. I could not be more dissatisfied and could never recommend this company. "

"While browsing your website and a catalog that i received in the mail, your offer of free shipping caught my eye. I shopped and found something i wanted to purchase. When purchasing,noticed that free shipping didnt apply for Hawaii. NOT good..
Well i orderes the item anyway,which i paid for express. Express to hawaii is not express. I paid 19.00 for shipping. Ordered item on 8/26 and status shows delivery by 9/5. Wow,thats a long time.
I hope i will be satisfied with my ifem. What is your return policy? Also,website states 24hrs of customer service,i left a msg on 8/26 and as of today,have not gotten a phone call back yet.
