assisting me in getting an order processed. I submitted an order on Sunday (6/3) to have some football gear delivered to my nephew before his first ever football camp began on Thursday (6/7). There was a glitch with the order and I did not find out about it until Wednesday. Jamie worked with me to get the
glitch resolved and when I told him I needed the order to be delivered before 12:30p on Thursday, he went the extra mile to ensure the order was correct made it to my nephew\'s house in time on Thursday. As a project manager I can appreciate things not going according to plan, however, I am very satisfied with the way the situation was handled and resolved.
