She asked me to email a picture of the product and then worked with STX to get an answer to my question/concern; she found out STX had made a rolling change and provided me with the reasons STX made the change. STX took a business day and a half to get back to her, so Holly followed up with me -- unprompted -- to let me know she was following up with STX again after the first business day. She was very proactive and answered and solved my question completely, and worked well also with STX so that STX offered to send a new stringing kit if we so desired.
