Product specific, the tension rings detailed in the manual were not included with the kit, it appears that this element was deleted by the manufacturer. I did not have a problem assembling, but for adjustable tension of the guy ropes I will add a small loop and eye turnbuckle from Lowes ($2) that inserts between the posts and guy ropes, this does not require any modification but should allow for a very tight net. "

"We were happy with the delivery time of the product we ordered it came within a week and all of it was there that we ordered! We had shopped three other web sites before ordering from Sports Unlimited because of pricing, product, and FREE shipping. We will order again from Sports Unlimited if this product morks out well for us. I will have to call on the one catchers leg protector that has a strap that keeps coming undone and the catcher's helmet because it has a strap that won't stay in place either. After we ordered the staff even called us to check on the color of the chest protector because they were out of a certain color we had requested and they wanted to be able to get the order shipped to us quickly and completely without having to back order so they checked with us the color to see if we would be happy with a different color.
