"I had a horrible experience with Sports Unlimted. It took them over three weeks to deliver and we didn't even get all the products. It took them another three weeks to notify that that product is no longer available. Do not buy from this company...for those of you that did and made the same mistake...please report them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) They have to respond to each one and it gets recorded!"
"Sport unlimited, pretending that they can not proceed my order as my credit card is not an american one. They say that they need to make a small charge on my account and wait for to me that I tell them the charge they made to be sure that I really own the credit card. I failed at the test because my bank show on line only the amount in euro, not in $ so I can tell them the exact amount. Moreover my bank take some fees on this charge. So sport ulimited cancel my order. But they ship the item to me. So one week after the order has been canceled they re-open the order and bill my account.
This takes more two weeks, with many mails exchanges, so in mean time I order it on another site (HitRunScore), which also have a procedure to avoid fraud, but really fast and easy.
So now I have this item in double.
When I wrotte to sport unlimited customer service, do not have any answer.
So UNLESS YOU ARE AMERICAN DO NOT USE SPORT UNILIMITED SERVICE."
"SportsUnlimted.com had less than stellar service. I had to order my anniversary gift two times because I thought the order was placed wrong by accident. Little did I know it was not placed wrong, but the company's product was on back order without telling me. I had paid extra for two day shipping and it took 9 days for it to get to me! The company refused to refund my shipping expenses and after arguing finally canceled my 2nd order. I had originally called the customer service line the day before and they had agreed to refund my shipping and apologized. When I called the next day they then went back on their word and said it they didn’t have to refund the shipping and it was not their fault. I asked from a customer service standpoint to make me completely satisfied I would like the shipping back and they refused but offered 10% off (which was not even half of what the shipping was). I would not recommend ordering anything from this site since the employees who work there can't follow through with their promises. Regardless of what after hours company they choose to use and what mail services they use, those are extensions if their company and still represent them and their brand. Their brand failed to meet my expectations."

It's been 2 weeks and I have received nothing. I called customer service and the lady I spoke to seemed to be falling asleep. I called again to add something to my order, and that went smoothly. But their order tracking is horrible. It doesn't tell me any information, like whether it's been sent or when I should be expecting it. I emailed them almost a week ago and have gotten no reply. At this pace, the season will be over before I get any of my equipment."

"They are a scam. They advertised a product that I wanted on sale for a good deal. The next day the decide that the price they offered was too good. So they sent an email saying that my order could not be fulfilled and then cancel the order. Me thinking it was out of stock go looking elsewhere. Well I got linked back to their page from another website and lo and behold they raised the price by $20 and said it was in stock. Do not buy from them if you are looking for a reputable shop. Better Business Bureau will be hearing about this one, absolutely absurd."

After I placed the order I received an email from Sports Unlimited stating that the credit card company had a billing address mismatch. I called Sports Unlimited at 1-***-***-**** and gave them our address and they said they would update the info and ship it out to us. Turns out they shipped it to the wrong address anyway. Any reasonable person would say that this was a mistake on Sports Unlimited part. I called Jamie and he said that it's not their fault and then using a form of double speak said that I didn't actually say the words "ship it to the new address'. The tone was basically tough luck. This is unacceptable. His attitude was condescending and rude. Common sense is not prevailing here. He insinuated that it was somehow my fault by not monitoring my email for the actual shipping notice. I just DID check the shipping email from and it nowhere mentions the shipping address anyway. This is definitely not a company to be buying from. "
