"I purchased a Bersa Thunder .22 pistol in satin nickel finish.The pistol that was sent to me did not match the picture on the listing. On the picture that was up on their site, the pistol had a nice, satin nickel finish, as did the controls, such as the slide stop release and the decocker lever, which were all the same nickel finish. The pistol that was sent, had a horrible looking finish, it had a "greenish" cast to it and the controls were black, not the satin nickel as in the picture. This was very important to me as I have another Bersa Thunder pistol in .380 caliber, and I wanted them to match. The pistol that was sent to me was not only ugly, but very "cheap" looking.
My FFL dealer called their customer service department and spoke with "Jimmy" about this issue. He said he would send a return shipping label so the pistol could be sent back. This all happened yesterday, when I went to my FFL dealer to pick up the pistol, so hopefully the return will go smoothly and there won't be any issues getting my money back.

UPDATE 10/03/23, my return was handled with absolutely no problems/ no issues. Their customer service is 100% FIRST CLASS!
