When I came back to the site after going through the above process, it didn't have my chosen FFL listed. I called customer service so I would be assured that the gun would be sent to the proper address/FFL and while talking to the woman and her explaining to me to "add " the FFL to the site, which I told I did this already but I couldn't find it when I went back to the site, some nasty woman came on the line with an attitude asking what I was talking about and that my gun was being processed to ship and hung up on me.
