"Received someone else's T-shirt instead of the one I ordered. It was vulgar and not appreciated when I opened the mailing envelope. I called the company and explained what had happened and that person apologized and said he would overnight my ordered T-shirt. This phone call took place Wednesday morning and now it is 8:50 PM the following day and I have not received my T-shirt. This shirt was for a friend of mine who is retiring from teaching and was a gift for her party. She did not get her T-shirt. I will NEVER order from this company again."

So it would still take 1-2 days in production and then would be shipped out for Next Day Delivery. We do see that you called in and spoke with our service team and they were able to assist you. "It's a nice hoodie but it runs a little small. Hoping it will be OK. I do know that your Customer Service is fabulous. You have truly taken care of me. I was sent a $24.50 credit after I returned a t-shirt that was for my son's birthday. You are easy to talk to and you take care of your clients. I am a bit worried that the hoodie might be a little thin / light-weight but not much that can be done about that. And it runs a tad small. Overall I am pretty happy."
