"my order was a total screw up i paid extra to have my order ship in 2days its going on 2weeks still havent recieve it yet every time i called all i was promised that someone would look into it and would contact me back that never happened if you are a startup business i suggest you deal with another vendor that can deliver on time or you will be stuck with an order that was suppose to have been delivered weeks ago this is not something that happened once its a pattern that needs to be resolved as a small business i cant afford that kind of repeatedly screwup i lose money and customers

"I was very happy with the service it self and the prompt responses from CS...however one of the shirts was incorrectly labeled on the back…. example, when I designed the shirt online I used the word "Crossfit" as part of Our team name, I was told of the trade mark and that I had to have legal docs to use it. I totally understand that so I changed the name, and it was removed from all the shirts but the size M still had it on the back. It was too late to get a new one. In general I thought it was a pricey job but we needed it done quickly. The shirts are a good comfy quality.
Id use them again if i had to in a pinch."

"Ordering online was easy, BUT, there was a coupon code due to go out that day...ordered at 6am est, when checking out the code said it expired at 3am!?!? So, rather than 2 shirts and a hat, only got 2 shirts. Shipping was good, arrived on time and in good condition. Print looks perfect. Thanks"

There seems to have been some miscommunication that caused confusion on both ends as to whether the order was being cancelled if not received by a specific date. The order entered production on Tuesday 5/13/2014 and was delivered on Tuesday 05/20/2014. The shipping method you chose when the order was placed was our priority shipping which allows 5 business days for delivery after order is placed, which means you should have received the order on Friday 05/16/2014. We do see that your shipping charges were refunded because of the delay of the extra 2 shipping days.”
