"I recieved my tshirt yesterday and I did not noticed right away but the word survived was spelled wrong. If I typed it wrong on my order this is one of the reasons you asked for a phone number is it not??? It was very obvious . It is missing a V so it looks like it says "survied" . What can we do to fix this. She is only 10 years old and will subjected to ridicule from the other children if she wears it like this? This shirt was meant to be encouraging ."

"I am in the military and designed a shirt for my unit. The shirt has to be a regulation shade of brown to wear with our uniform. The shirt looked the right shade online, but when it came in it was too dark to be regulation. I asked Customer Service if they could use a specific shirt if I gave them the RN number, but they said no, and said I cannot get a refund, either."
“I am sorry that the colors did not match up exactly as you needed. The colors on the lit computer screen can vary from what they look in person. We are not able to order one shirt based on the RN, we order in bulk form certain vendors and that is what our inventory consists of. I see that you have been in contact with our service team and were given options to correct the situation.”
