"I never received my product, any updates on the process, or anything after the payment. This used to be a good way to have my shirts made, and I enjoyed quality service many times in the past, but it seems obvious to me that spread shirt is no longer a reputable company.

I apologize for the inconvenience regarding this posting. I have communicated with my staff, and feel confident that this issue leading to this posting being made has been resolved. I looked through the e-mail history, and haven't found the shipping confirmation, but that doesn't mean it wasn't deleted previously. I explained that this sort of behaviour is not in the interest of this business, and public relations is important to us. In the future, any issues regarding orders made are to be handled personally by myself.
