"The store was having a LARGE sale. I went in at opening (I work 11P-7A) because I was up and awake. The store had not been properly zoned the night before because clothes, racks and misc. other store items were out of place. I was looking at a rack of clothes that was not properly signed (I was selecting a dress at the time from this rack) and your store manager came up and started removing/writing on the sign (with coupon). I asked about my purchase, would it be given the signed discount or would I be charged just the discount on the price tag. Your manager stated she would take care of me at the register. I had not problems when I checked out because she was called to the register and she verified that I was to get the extra mark down price. So, I understand not having enought staff to make sure your store is NOT zoned to store code, but it should have been checked to make sure the signing was on the right product, with the correct information and zoned to where like items were together. Not dresses mixed in with pants, blouses, etc. on an endcap. That is the only reason I stayed and shoped. the prices were right!!! Thanks."
