"I was unhappy that I had made the trip to your store. I was there for 15-20 minuets before the store opened. When the store was opened (unlocked) the manager did not acknowledge (meaning...waving come in or even a smile to say thanks for waiting.), now, welcome to our store. I should have left right then. I never, never saw her or the other sales person in the store or any area I went into the rest of my stay."

"I got there about an hour before closing time. I realize the associates want to close out the register and go home. However, they still could have been friendly. There were 3 people ahead of me checking out. I think it was an associate and a manager, neither smiled or were friendly with anybody that I saw that day. The fact that it was closing time, I understand, but does not change how they could have treated the last minute customers. Bottom line: They could have at the very least- smiled and said thank you. I will go back, but again, the customers who are there at closing should not be treated like they are a nuisance. I could tell the associate AND the manager were annoyed and that should never happen with a customer. Sorry they had to stay a little (5 minutes maybe) later. I have had to do it myself at my job, but I do it with a smile. Being annoyed is not going to change anything but someones mind about shopping there in the future."
