"It would be nice if your store was more gender friendly. Even Though, they are not totally on board they are not rude but a little judgemental. The majority of the LGBT group shop in stores like yours. I know I do."

"Kilgore, Texas Stage store is wonderful to shop. Stage store at the mall is understaffed, clothes on floors, not all signage correct, no staff to assist with jewelry or other locked cases, customers dropping what they had planned to purchase, other areas of store so not placed in proper places to be purchased by someone else, only 3 cashiers yesterday afternoon during the Christmas holiday rush, long lines...takes 30 min. to hour to get checked out. Supposedly all other cash registers do not work....and, again, not enough staff on floor to assist."

"I rarely take the time to fill out a survey but tonight Tiffany, associate #000619418, changed that. She was extremely kind and professional. I was tired and frustrated because for various reasons my coupons were not working with the gift I had chosen when another associated began to check me out. My coupon expired today, and it was closing time. I said 'never mind and she stepped in to help, came around the counter to explain why the coupons were not working and though it was closing time or past closing time, she offered to help. Tiffany began asking questions so she could help me find the small gift I needed also telling me what I needed to make sure I could use my coupons. She could have easily just said, 'I'm sorry, we are closing.' or written me off as another grumpy customer. She didn't. She was kind, calming, encouraging, and helpful so I was quickly able to find the gift i needed and use my coupon. I will return to this store more often because of Tiffany. I will also tell others about her and your store. She treated me the best when I was at my worst. The world needs more people like her."
