"I went shopping at mcalester stage today and as usual the store was unorganized, but that I can over look. I was in the store for 20+ minutes shopping. Looking at the jewelry counter and perfume counter. Not one person offered to help me. I finally went to the check out counter where a girl was checking out a customer. I was waiting looking at the jewelry while I waited. When she finished with the customer she walked off. Never asked if I needed to look at anything or needed help. So, I stood and waited for her to come back. While I waited another woman walked over that had been waiting to be helped as well. She walked back and asked the older gentleman working there for someone to come help her. Here told her to go stand at the counter and someone would come help her. She came over and told me she was tired of waiting and didn't need anything bad enough to wait any longer. She sat her items down and left. I started to do the same and the girl working the register finally came back. She looked my way and ignored my presence while slowly making her way behind the counter. I asked her if she was working and she said yes. I told her that I had been in the store for a long time and by her counter and she didn't once offer assistance. I told her that one lady walked out because she couldn't get service. She said that they were cleaning the store. I told her that helping a customer should be her top priority. So, she turned around and asked someone else to check me out as she walked off. This young lady and everyone in the store today need customer service training. I shop there a lot, but this may be my last time. No excuse for poor customer service!"

"I've shopped at this location for a long time and am always greeted by Brian who is super nice and personable! Lawanda was our checkout and is a very sweet older woman. The diversity in age of the employees is refreshing and can tell they have a great working relationship with each other. I enjoy shopping at this location and hope the employees stay after the transition to Gordmans!"

"Prices were exemplary, and the associate Ms. Twila made my experience at register smooth and easy. Her demeanor with as busy as store was, was nothing but welcoming and delightful. She made me and my son feel as if we mattered and did not rush us through. Took time to find out tht all was met with things and products in store and if we needed anything else. During chaotic holiday times our individualism seems to be lost coming from the associates in the stores and we're just another card swiper or what not."

"The assistant manager was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Elisabeth, the cashier, was also very helpful, even though the person in front of me was rude to her. She explained how the sale price would show up on my receipt. Both Elizabeth and the assistant manager made my time very pleasant. I hate shopping, I like to get what I came for and leave. I really hate sales because of the chaos, but these 2 made it pleasant. Not fun but that's just me."

"1 associate told us pretty much all that was on sale was clothing but the associate who checked us out explained what was on sale and how much the different things were discounted. The store was quite busy when we got ready to check out. I have plans on going back each week to buy a little more each week for Christmas."
