When you send out a gift of $5 or $10, the associate deducts this amount from the sticker price BEFORE applying the sales percentage discount on the item. This is WRONG. It should deducted AFTER the % discount is applied to the retail price. It means you are NOT really giving the sales percentage discount you are advertising. The associate said the computer does that. He has no control over it. It would be a good idea to correct this because it is actually FALSE advertising. Thank you"
