"Tonight when I was shopping in the store, the tornado sirens went off. The manager Liz kept everyone calm and made sure that everyone safely took shelter. There were two small children in the store and she took the time to make sure they felt at ease. She had given them some of her personal snacks and made sure they felt safe. With all the scariness outside, she made sure to put everyone at ease by trying to tell jokes and have them do silly dances with her. Your store has always been nice, but I'll shop here more often because people like Liz really makes us feel important."
