"While purchasing shoes for my very sick husband I mentioned we didn’t need a bag as long as I had receipt and as long as there were no security tag to worry about Associate didn’t even open box just said that there wasn’t typically a security tag on these shoes. Well guess what we get home we live 20 min away and find security tag on shoe I returned waited in a long line over 20 min before getting a manager all I got was im sorry and removed the security tag. I told her ya know if I was a dishonest person I could have put any shoes in that box cuz she never opened them. I told her it was a real inconvenience to be bringing these back after I tried to make sure this didn’t happen. I wanted her repremanded or some sort of compensation for this blatant disregard for making certain this didn’t happen. I trusted her when I walked out that door that she was right. I left said sick husband at home to drive back in to fix her error."

"I find some terms of the sales to be vague, a little unclear and needing some explaining. At times the merchandise is so thoroughly picked through that some needed items are hard to find. Generally very satisfied with prices and quality of merchandise, especially when purchasing with account holders' privileges.I like that we can easily find clothing and other items not worn by everyone. You're able to easily sport your individual taste. When items in your store are sold out, can usually return shortly and find what it is you want, or you are able to order any of the store items as well as some items not sold in the store on line. I also love having the ability of keeping my teenage daughter outfitted in quality clothing that she loves and that not all her friends are wearing, and she has a very unique style all of her own. And I don't mind shopping there regularly since being able to take advantage of low monthly payments, monthly sales and discounts as well as special account holders' discounts. Overall, a very good shopping experience for whatever is needed plus those extras not originally looking for."
