"Entire store filthy with massive amounts of dust each & every time I've shopped over the years, as well as today's visit. Employees walk right over customers offering no greeting or Can I assist you with anything? Most are dressed down in a way where one would mistake them for a customer instead of a sales clerk; no greeting given @ register; my cashier wore no name tag and was completely rude, snarky, impolite, and not knowlegeable of return policy (told me to look on receipt). On the upside, the store does have amazing promos, special offers, and a new home department featuring an array of decorative items. However, I don't know what made them decide to only have one pay station for paying for merchandise. For years, you could walk up to any register and pay for your merchadise, regardless of department. With this new pay procedure, you're standing on your feet and in line far too long (only had one register/cashier actually working while other cashier was just standing around doing nothing, as if she didn't even work at the store). Only two employees did their jobs well today: Charlene (cashier; simply amazing) and Ms. Marie @ Estee Lauder counter. These employees, including the male mgr., need to be re-trained in the area of customer service. Their overall performance & lack of common courtesy had me scratching my head."

"Had 50% coupon and my purchase was $30 twice. It only took off 12.50 for each. I thought 50% off of $30 was $15.00. Also had $10.00 stackable coupon which I used. My receipt was 30.00 -5.00 - 12.50 with final price being 12.50 . This was twice. My total was 27.48 with taxes being 2.48 Just wandering why it wasn’t 50% off."

"My experience with stage has its ups and down. some day I feel I get a good deal on my purchases and some days I feel as if I don't. There has been times I can walk inside the store and find exactly what i'm looking for and sometimes I can't find anything. Overall its a great one stop store where you can shop for the whole family. I sometimes take my mother there to get what she need and also the grand-kids and kids. I must say it's a great store for school shopping. The only thing its missing is supplies."
