"Love the store; I call it my mini mall why go to the mall when I have Stage and easy to get to. It is Christmas time and all stores are busy and over crowded with stock to make sure we all get what we are looking for. The only suggestion I would make is to check the dressing rooms more often. So sad, but people leave their clothes and items in the dressing room and not on hangers at times. Hard to try on with items you did not select laying in the room"

"Charlene your sales associate was extremely rude and condescending. When I walked up to the line, she was assisting two customers that were right up at the counter. When it came my turn, she says very rudely you need to back up for customer privacy. I said to Charlene you said nothing to the lady when she in my same position/location. Charlene claim there was a sign. I turned around to the 5 customers waiting in line asking if they knew of the policy. They said no. I asked do yall see a sign? They said no. Then one of the customers stated that the new line process is slower and frustrates her the customer. I told the lady and the other customers that they should give their feedback. In the meanwhile, Charlene was checking the 6 pairs of shoes I bought, pointing out in one of the boxes it is two left shoes. I told Charlene I trusted Stage to have a right and a left shoe and because their shoe area was an absolute DISASTER I am not surprised. She then flung a shoe ... by accident but should've watched what she was doing over the counter. She then found shoes with mismatch sizes which I did thank her for. She shoved my clothes in the bag with no kind of fold, finally calling for some assistance after 10 plus folks were waiting in line. Charlene told me to come back; I told her no time soon to Stage. Amazing how Charlene claim to not know of any surveys and had an attitude when I asked but there is one clearly on the receipt to provide feedback on her unprofessionalism. Furthermore, she should have not selectively enforced the sign to some customers and not all, claiming company policy. I am confident that company policy is to be consistent and treat customers the way you would want to be treated Charlene. Y'all may need to retrain Charlene on proper customer service stressing consistency and clarity."

"The first woman who answered questions for us at the perfume counter did so hesitantly-as if she was afraid to help us (the others refused) we gave up there, I dug through the makeup display and unearthed a couple of items, $40 worth, asked to speak to a manager- and was told by the same woman at the perfume counter that he was gone there was no one to talk to. By this time the other (there were no other customers there) employees 2 other women at checkout and from there physically looked like they were ready for a fight-it was- astonishing. We left, I told my friend I would contact someone-doubtful the manager of THAT store will care-it's the worst STAGE, in the worst shape, with the worst employees I've ever seen. And if you contact them, the women who absolutely was not going to wait on me or answer my questions at the perfume counter was a mature black woman with a heart tattoo behind her ear. If you'd like the information on my receipt, if it will do any good at all, I'll be happy to provide it. Maybe you can access it from the survey code, I don't know."

"There has been a makeover. Slight adjustment in shopping. I can usually find cute shift or fitted dresses. Ronni Nicole my favorite. Haven’t been able to find that brand. Check out has changed, but not a long wait. Seems like store is more crowded with merchandise. Would like to give it more time. More chances. I love the coupons! I love Stage!"

"Shopped st the store in Zachary, LaStore was mostly in disarray & disorderly due to Christmas shopping. Came in for 2T footed sleeper for grandson. Did not find any. Also shopped for pearl snap western shirts. Did not find any."
