"Using stamps.com has kept us from going to the post office - a lot. We don't mail that much, so it's nice to not have to go out. The cost is actually less than a postage meter. I've used it on and off since about 2003 and it's been a non-event - quick and easy to use."
"You should be able to call up reports that are more detailed than a graph for a 3 month period. I'd like to know how much I spent in a year and see the actual dollars, not a pie chart or something similar. When it came to year end and pulling together postage data, this was terribly lacking. Also, there should be intigration between web and program data."

"Many business and personal transactions have moved from USPS transactions to Online transactions. Even using Stamps.com to create stamps, one has to get the envelope or package into the hands of USPS one way or another. The physical location is not far from home so I choose to hand-deliver my mailed items there. Online Security issues were the main reason for closing business. The same issues remain but I can skip waiting in long lines because I have weighed my letters and packages and am able to present a mail-able item when I deliver my items to the USPS site."

Scan reports missing printed labels. Customer service blames their servers. Maybe they need to spend some money on improving their services. "

We experienced numerous address validation errors through stamps.com - on addresses that USPS Did validate! It also charged us the full international rate when we shipped to APO addresses and no one would address our concern. After losing over $30.00 on one shipment to an APO address, we realized it was no longer economical to use stamps.com, even with their discounts."
