First they sent me the wrong size. So I sent them back (shipping on my dime) with a request for a refund. What do they do, they send me another pair of wrong size shoes. This time I called and said I'm tired of paying return shipping and expect a full refund. So i sent the shoes back a second time on their dime. I NEVER heard from them again. No refund, no nothing. A month later I filed a CC dispute and ulitmately won. I will NEVER buy from them again. "
