I order iron-on set of 3 sheets for 3 individual so you can see the amount. Upon receipt there was no parchment paper in my order. Contacted via email because they don’t have a phone number only to be told I ordered stickers!! What? I went back to my order and clicked re-order and iron-ons came up. I asked for a refund or to have my correct order sent to me. I was told no by Sophie. Not once did she try to rectify the situation. The process to order stickers vs iron- on is very different! Completely different. I am 100% sure that whoever pulled the order got it wrong. Waste of time and $$$!"
"I ordered a page of stickers about a month ago and they say its shipped but it's been untrackable for weeks. This item must not have even been shipped when they said. So I emailed customer service and they say they will "rush" a replacement to me. 2 days later and thats not trackable either. Don't bother giving them your buisness. "

"Ordered die cut stickers and received square stickers! Confusing website when selecting which format of sticker you'd like. Left instructions for my die cut stickers, which would've made it clear that these were in fact die cut and not square. Customer service was not helpful at all...offered a 25% discount on my next order. Why waste more money on a company that doesn't care about customer experience?! Have ordered with Sticker Mule in the past..should've stuck with them. Lesson learned :)"
"Don't waste your time and money. I had such a bad experience with StickerYou and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I had a variety of vinyl and kiss-cut stickers printed for myself and my clients. When they (finally) arrived, I was incredibly disappointed with the quality. The ink was patchy and it also ran on some items giving a blurry effect to the text. They are completely unusable.
I emailed Sticker You and sent them some pictures of the quality. Mistakes happen so I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix the issue. You can clearly see in the pictures the quality issues.
Instead, there was just a lot of emails back and forth of them requesting more photos and then telling me that the stickers meet their standards - surely they can't run a business with these "quality standards".
They also tried to blame the quality of my artwork files which was unfair - I am an experienced print graphic designer and was very careful to upload high resolution 300 dpi files.
Then they asked me to send the items to them AT MY OWN EXPENSE so they can inspect them. I'm in Australia so posting them back to the USA is expensive.
I am a small business owner and this was very dissapointing (1) because I have spent time (that I don't have) going back and forth with them with no results, (2) I am now out of pocked and have had to find a pay for another supplier to print my stickers, (3) My clients have had to wait over 2months for their stickers by the time the new supplier delivers the new stickers.
Don't waste your time with StickerYou. I would have been happy if they offered to reprint my stickers or provide a refund, mistakes happen but they showed not interest in rectifying the situation. "

"Have bought may things from this company and when I went to check out after I had their staff upload the image, they said the price increased in the last 6 hours. How is that possible? I can still buy the one in my cart at a lower price, but the one I changed the color of the logo I would be paying 30% more for. A supervisor told me sorry that's the new price. This is clearly a company that puts fake reviews on their website and the real truth of customer service is here."
"The item was far too small. They would not replace it, and if I wanted it returned I had to lay return shipping. By looking at other reviews it seems I am not the only one who has had this happen.
